Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-07-27. Plain-language summary — the license terms below are the binding part.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Factalize, you agree to these terms. If you're using Factalize on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Factalize connects to your Salesforce org via Salesforce's own OAuth authorization flow and runs an automated, read-only assessment across data quality, security, automation, cost, and AI readiness, delivered as a report through your authenticated account. Factalize is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc.

3. License to use Factalize

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Factalize and your reports for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use Factalize to build a competing product.

4. Your account & Salesforce connection

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your login. Salesforce access is read-only and revocable at any time from your own Salesforce Setup, independent of us — see our Security & data handling page for what we access and store.

5. Fees & payment

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe at the price and cadence shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. AI Findings & third-party processing

If you purchase AI Findings, relevant assessment data is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate that analysis. Anthropic does not train its models on your data. We don't use your assessment data to train any model ourselves.

7. Ownership

You own your Salesforce org and its data. We own the Factalize platform, assessment methodology, and report format. Your reports are yours to use internally; the underlying assessment engine and scoring model are not licensed to you for resale or redistribution.

8. No warranty

The Service and its findings are provided "as is," for informational purposes, and don't constitute legal, security, or compliance certification. We don't guarantee Factalize will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Factalize isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using Factalize and disconnect your Salesforce org at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse Factalize.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Factalize evolves. Material changes will prompt re-acceptance on your next sign-in, consistent with the version noted at checkout or sign-up.

12. Governing law

[Governing state/jurisdiction to be confirmed] — these terms are governed by the laws of that jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
